A: There is probably something wrong with either my e-mail server or yours, which is stopping you from receiving the CD key.
Q: Then what should I do about it?
A: If you haven't received a CD key within 48 hours of your purchase, please post a thread in our forums. The forums are checked every day for new threads and this will alert us to your problem.
Q: I would like a custom made program/logo/website, how do I go about getting one?

If you want a logo or site then e-mail Jennifer Burns at: DravenWings@virtualdarkarts.net with a description of what you are looking for and your contact information (Name, E-mail address, Phone Number), and she will contact you shortly after receiving your message.
